Voghion competes in the same territory as AliExpress — direct-from-factory fashion and home goods, low prices, a huge catalog — but at a smaller scale and, as this audit shows, with a digital reputation that’s harder to pin down precisely.

The app: simple and intuitive, according to its users

The most frequently praised point in Voghion’s reviews is the simplicity of its interface: searching, filtering by category and completing a purchase is straightforward, with no unnecessary steps. It’s an app built for discovering products by price and novelty, more than for a very specific search.

A reputation that’s hard to pin down

This is where we recommend caution. At the time of this audit, Voghion’s Trustpilot profile shows a TrustScore of 4.5 out of 5 with more than 12,000 reviews, a figure the platform itself labels “Excellent.” However, there are earlier records and analyses from the same platform citing much lower scores (around 1.8 out of 5), suggesting a possible significant variation over time or between different brand profiles/domains. On top of that, app-store ratings are clearly more modest: 3.3 out of 5 on Google Play (more than 8,000 reviews, more than 5 million downloads) and 2.7 out of 5 on the App Store (more than 200 ratings). Given this disparity, we’d rather be transparent about the uncertainty than settle for the most favorable figure.

The most cited friction point: the return policy

Regardless of the exact reputation figure, there’s a specific problem that recurs in several reviews: the return policy isn’t always communicated clearly before completing a purchase, and some users describe difficulty returning a product that didn’t meet their expectations. It’s the kind of friction worth anticipating by checking the specific product category’s terms before paying, not after.

The exact return terms, fine print that matters

Expanding our review of the store’s own published terms, Voghion’s return policy allows returning an item up to 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s in new condition with original packaging. The nuance worth knowing before buying is that a 20% restocking fee applies to the refunded amount, and that the refund, once the return is accepted, can take an additional 5 to 15 business days to reach the original payment method. This isn’t an unusual policy among low-cost international marketplaces, but combined with the lack of clarity several reviews describe during checkout itself, the result is that many buyers only discover this fee when they actually try to return something, not before.

How it compares with AliExpress

Both marketplaces share a business model (direct-from-factory sales, low prices, a broad fashion and home catalog), but AliExpress has a much larger scale and track record, with a more established purchase-protection system despite its own low Trustpilot score. For low-risk purchases, both are reasonable; for purchases where the possibility of a return matters, it’s worth comparing each platform’s specific terms before deciding.

Methodology for this audit

This analysis is based on Voghion’s official website’s public documentation, on verified reviews published on Trustpilot, and on the public ratings of its app on Google Play and the App Store, checked in September 2026. It does not replace a first-hand purchase. You can read more in our editorial methodology.

Best for
  • Low-value fashion and home purchases where price is the main criterion
  • Buyers who check the specific product's return policy before paying
Not the best fit if
  • Purchases that might need a return, given several users describe the policy as restrictive or unclear
  • Anyone who weighs app-store ratings (more modest) more heavily than Trustpilot's

Search by category and keyword, with price filters and popularity sorting within the app and website.

Photos, description and ratings from other buyers, in a format similar to other low-cost fashion and home marketplaces.

Simple in-app payment process, with payment methods typical of an international marketplace.

iOS and Android app with more than 5 million downloads on Google Play, rated as intuitive by users.

Limitation: More modest ratings on official app stores (3.3/5 on Google Play, 2.7/5 on the App Store) than the overall Trustpilot reputation.

Coupons and discounts tied to the user account, typical of this kind of marketplace.

In-app and email support for managing orders and issues.

International shipping with timelines that vary by seller.

Limitation: Several reviews note the return policy isn't communicated clearly enough before completing a purchase.

The published policy allows returns up to 30 days after receiving the order, with the product in new condition and original packaging.

Limitation: A 20% restocking fee applies to the refunded amount, and the refund can take an additional 5 to 15 business days to process once the return is accepted.

The app has surpassed 5 million downloads on Google Play, a considerable scale for a marketplace still less well known than AliExpress or Shein in Spain.

Very competitive prices in fashion and home goods through direct-from-factory sales, similarly positioned to other low-cost international marketplaces; it's worth checking the specific product's return policy before paying.
