All-in-one marketing and webinars

Kartra, WebinarJam y EverWebinar

Kartra, WebinarJam and EverWebinar are three Genesis Digital products usually reviewed together: Kartra is an all-in-one marketing platform (funnels, email, courses, helpdesk), WebinarJam runs highly interactive live webinars, and EverWebinar automates those same webinars in evergreen format so they repeat without manual work.

Three tools from the same maker that solve different needs and can be combined: Kartra for the whole business, WebinarJam for selling live, and EverWebinar for scaling that same webinar in automated form, though each involves a separate subscription and its own learning curve.

Kartra, WebinarJam and EverWebinar are three Genesis Digital products that constantly show up together in digital marketing comparisons, though they solve different needs. This review covers all three together, combining public documentation for each product with verified reviews on G2 and Capterra.

What they are and how they differ

Kartra is an all-in-one marketing platform: sales funnels, landing pages, email marketing, online courses, appointment calendars and a built-in helpdesk, designed to centralize the entire digital business in one tool. WebinarJam is a tool specialized in live webinars, with real-time interaction features (chat, polls, timed offers) designed to maximize conversion during the event itself. EverWebinar, finally, takes the recording of an already-held webinar and plays it back automatically on scheduled times, simulating live conditions without anyone having to present it again each time.

All three products share the same sales-funnel approach and are often combined: a business might use Kartra for pages and email, WebinarJam to launch a live webinar, and EverWebinar to automate that same presentation once its sales effectiveness has been validated.

What it’s like to use day to day

Kartra works with a visual funnel builder where you chain together pages, emails and automations; the learning curve is moderate, higher than simpler tools, because the number of available modules (helpdesk, courses, calendars) is extensive. WebinarJam requires scheduling the webinar in advance and configuring the interaction tools that will be active during the live session. EverWebinar, by contrast, is set up once from a recording and then runs automatically according to the defined schedule.

Real user reviews

Kartra has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 on Capterra (161 reviews) and 3.9 out of 5 on G2 (57 reviews). WebinarJam gets a more moderate rating, 3.6 out of 5 on G2 (58 reviews) and 3.9 out of 5 on Capterra over a much larger volume, 277 verified reviews (4.1 for ease of use, 3.9 for features, 3.8 for value for money and 3.6 for customer service), with criticism centered on support quality and technical stability during high-traffic events. EverWebinar, for its part, gets 3.9 out of 5 on both G2 (21 reviews) and Capterra (8 reviews), and in direct comparisons users rate its support and ease of use better than WebinarJam’s, though they note the lack of a monthly payment option and the absence of live webinar functionality as limitations.

On Trustpilot, Kartra maintains a rating of 4.2 out of 5, with the same pattern as on Capterra: very consistent praise for being able to run an entire digital business from a single platform and for the quality of support (“one of the best I’ve had” is a phrase that repeats across several reviews), but with a minority of much harsher reviews describing the software as “one of the most unstable and lowest quality” they’ve used, with approval response times of up to a week for email marketing. This disparity is worth qualifying: people who have a serious bad technical experience are more likely to leave a long, negative review than the majority of satisfied users, so the “love it or hate it” pattern Kartra shows on Trustpilot probably overrepresents problem cases relative to the average experience. Even so, the consistency of complaints about technical stability across several platforms (not just Trustpilot) suggests it isn’t a purely anecdotal issue, and it’s worth keeping in mind before migrating a complex business to the platform.

Pricing: three separate subscriptions

There’s no bundled package with a discount for combining all three products. Kartra ranges from $59/month (Essentials, with a 5% transaction fee) up to $549/month (Professional), passing through Starter and Growth. WebinarJam is billed annually, from around $39/month equivalent (Starter, 100 attendees) up to $379/month (Enterprise, 5,000 attendees); its Basic plan includes EverWebinar at no extra cost. EverWebinar, contracted separately, costs $199/month or $1,188/year paid upfront, with no pure monthly payment option.

What’s new in 2026: generative AI and dynamic personalization in Kartra

During 2026 Kartra added a generative AI assistant (accessible via a “magic” icon across the various builders) to draft email, sales page and SMS copy in the defined brand tone, plus funnel simulations that estimate a campaign’s potential revenue before launching it, available on higher plans. It has also expanded its “Behavioral Adaptive Marketing” (BAM) technology, which shows different content on the same page based on a visitor’s history — for example, hiding standard testimonials and showing a loyalty discount banner to a returning customer — and refreshed the overall interface (Kartra 7.0) with navigation reorganized by groups and a global search bar. These are relevant improvements for anyone already using Kartra extensively, though they don’t change the underlying pattern found in reviews: the product still splits opinion between those who consider it a solid all-in-one platform and those reporting technical stability problems.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need all three products, or can I sign up for just one? It depends on the goal: if you only need funnels and email, Kartra alone can be enough. If your strategy relies on sales webinars, WebinarJam (live) and EverWebinar (automated) handle different phases of the same process.

Does EverWebinar also let me run a live webinar? No. EverWebinar is designed exclusively to play back pre-recorded content in automated form; WebinarJam is needed to stream live.

Does Kartra charge a sales commission? Only on the entry Essentials plan (5%); higher plans don’t apply their own transaction fee.

Which one has better support according to reviews? In direct comparisons between WebinarJam and EverWebinar, users rate EverWebinar’s support better. Kartra, for its part, maintains a higher rating on Capterra than on G2.

Methodology for this review

This analysis is based on public documentation for all three products (official sites and pricing tables) and verified reviews from real users published on G2 and Capterra, checked in September 2026. Best for
  • Entrepreneurs and agencies that want to centralize funnels, email, courses and CRM in Kartra without relying on several tools
  • Highly interactive live-webinar launches (WebinarJam)
  • Businesses that want to scale an already-validated sales webinar without repeating it live every time (EverWebinar)
Not the best fit if
  • Anyone looking for a single simple subscription: each product is billed and managed separately
  • Businesses on a very tight budget, since combining all three products quickly raises total monthly cost

  • Kartra's entry plan (Essentials) adds a 5% transaction fee, unlike higher plans
  • WebinarJam has a notably lower rating on G2 (3.6/5) than Kartra or EverWebinar
