Five plans based on monthly ticket volume, not agents: Starter $10/month (50 tickets), Basic from $50/month (300 tickets), Pro from $300/month (2,000 tickets), Advanced from $750/month (5,000 tickets), and Enterprise custom-priced (5,000+). Unlimited agents on all plans; excess tickets and the AI agent are billed separately.
